'Multiple pools. Great staff. Hiking trails right out of the hotel.'

'The BBQ restaurant is no longer there, so there's no where to eat except a tiny bar area in the lobby. Thankfully, a very nice employee directed us to some restaurants within walking distance. There is only one small pool area other than the waterpark area, which is quite a walk from most of the rooms. And much smaller than it appears on the website and in the pictures. Rooms were really nice with a balcony; however, the view from the balcony is of an alley and laundry facility. Why even...

'Hotel star was great. As we checked out we were trying to get our six year old to talk to the staff member at the front desk to check out. She noticed that we were trying to teach him how to check out and she looked directly at him with a smile to ask him what room and to say thank you. '
