« I was looking for a high-rise urban setting, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-stocked (dishes, etc), had my favorite--floor-to-ceiling windows--and even a glass-top desk right by the window so I could gaze out at the view while writing my book. Everything needed is within walking distance. »

« I left because of how small it was. I had a teenager and another adult. The port made it seem like there was 2 rooms (living space and bedroom). I asked for a refund but that was refused. It should be clearly advertised as a studio. The twin bed was a spring with a mattress pad on it. Not an actual bed. »

« No parking at or near this place. My wife has a disability and can't walk about a mile to the room each time we use the car. I cancelled but was not able to get a refund.
The owner said that there was on-street parking, which is true, but it is all 2-hour parking.
The owner then said for us to talk to one of the local businesses, to see if we could park there. Of course, we did not do that. »

« The property and the rooms are very clean. The rooms have everything I need. I've been staying here weekly for a job nearby and the property is close to my jobsite. I give it an A++. »
