« Tu he inside of the hotel really need to be renovated. The bedroom and bathroom was very outdated, everything needs to be updated. Bed was confortable. Breakfast terrible. We stayed there because of its location and reasonable price. »

« L’hôtel est parfait et le personnel vraiment gentil. Nous étions fatigué et nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel. Service et plat excellent. Le stationnement est payant. Nous croyons pouvoir marcher sur le bord de l’eau mais l’hôtel est entouré d’autoroute. Fausse impression de notre part mais à part cela tout est parfait. »

« The woman that worked the night shift is an actual saint. I arrived at midnight after a day of moving my house and driving from NY with my dog and kids. She saw the exhaustion on my face and jumped right in to make sure I got in easy. She helped me with my bags and my car and just ushered us in to our room to rest. I love this woman. Give her equity. »

« What a lovely gem of a boutique inn! Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the VMFA and one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Richmond. This place exudes southern hospitality and charm. Amazing wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, and just amazing all around. We will be back! »

« Our flight was delayed several times, and we arrived at the hotel at about 4am. We were incredibly exhausted and they very kindly gave us a late check-out to allow us to rest. It was wonderful, welcoming, and very appreciated. The staff was very nice and gave us a ride to the airport the next day do we could pick up our rental, which we also missed due to the delayed flight. The hotel was comfortable and very conveniently close to the airport. Highly recommend. »

« We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future. »
