'This is the third time I have stayed here. I love the old buildings and the location is perfect for what I like to do. It was also my longest stay, three nights. Housekeeping never made the bed or replaced the towels.'

'For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price'

'I did not like the way that the front desk staff operated . My key card was not working and I went to the front desk and told them about it and had to wait until after one hour with a six month old child who was hungry and tired , can’t find the override key to open the door . Thing should be in a box or somewhere where it can be easily accessible . I do hope that someone will address this problem'

'Staff was great. Since we had a 6 a.m. flight we brought our own breakfast. However we were dismayed that morning when we took our food out if the fridge and it was warm. Out of caution, we had to throw it away. Not happy about that.'
