'The front desk staff person that we worked with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had a unique situation with two adults and 15 students. She gave the chaperones keys to all the student rooms, allowed us to use the breakfast area for dinner, watched cameras to allow us better control of the students and any issues that could have arisen.
