'We stay here everytime we come to Iowa City because of the service. Ben & Kayla in the Bar are the absolute best !! They always remember us and they are so friendly. They make the best drinks and the service is Incredible. I also love Wenjin in the mornings - she makes the very best coffees and also is so outgoing and friendly !! Love everyone at the Hyatt.'

'Great place, walking distance to food, we did a family Christmas and Iowa City was the half way mark for the group- only downside was the pool was being worked on, but we could use the pool next door- breakfast was nice to be served but the grill gets really backed up '

'I did not use the swimming or eating services. The shower needs to be fixed. The hand held portion. Huge leak. I wish the toilet was raised for handicap people. The surrounding property did not feel safe. Last time i stayed there was a man roaming around in the evening. '
