'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. 'We stayed 3 nights in Plantation Bay, and I have to give a shout out to Ms. Glaze at the front desk! She explains everything clearly and with kindness. She was patient enough to answer all the questions and very polite. Give her a raise or acknowledge her professionalism and most of all, her way of letting us all feel very welcome. She's part of the reasons why I extended for another night and even booked additional room. Please award her or promote her! However, we did not like the attitude...

'Very friendly staff. We were also able to get our room early which was lovely considering we’d been travelling some 20 hours! Room was a very good size and comfortable. Patio was small though (not very wide). But we had view of pool and ocean. Excellent experience. '
