'The air conditioning was out the entire night. I ordered room service they duid have what I wanted. I went to eat in the cafe they did have the first choice i made. They couldn't open the doors to our first room they had to change our room.'

'We had an excellent stay! We woke up early jet lagged and went to the breakfast and it was phenomenal! Don’t feel like you have to bundle it with the hotel room, because you can always just purchase it on site the days you want it, as there is TONS to eat in the area. Room itself is clean, shower has great pressure and beds are comfy! Only thing i might critique is that the toilet is a little close to one or the walls so you have to sit diagonally, but that’s not a big deal at all. Bathroom...

'Sincerely amazing service and atmosphere. Everything was clean to a high standard, wonderful water pressure and temp control in the shower, great food on location. The highlights of my stay here were: I had one of the top three massages I’ve ever recieved at the spa. I regret not remembering my masseuse’s name but I was soooo relaxed afterwards.
