« We had a great time here at Joes place! The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view and the beach is well taken care of as well as the pool and swim up bar. I will say that it is recommended to rent a car as the resort that used to be Margaritaville is abandoned (bought by the Hyatt to be opened in 2028) so there isn’t a convenience store near by, so you will need a taxi or a rented car to get around. We had a great time and will definitely come back! »

« Our family of 4 stayed in Bills condo for 7 days. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We felt very safe here too. The 3 flights of stairs werent as worrisome as we originally feared and were easy to do. Condo was super welcoming and comfortable. The couch and master bed were so comfortable that we actually searched for the labels on them in hopes of us finding them when we get back home to purchase.  Beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, laundry...

« This condo is not to be missed! From stunning ocean views, private beach (fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas), huge pool with swim up bar, a serene cove to snorkel in that is full of beautiful tropical fish, and more than enough space for the family - this condo is the perfect vacation spot on Grand Cayman! This condo is walking distance to fun beach restaurants like Coconut Joes, as well as ice cream shops, Cabana Bay (which has splash pads, shops, restaurants, and more!), minutes...

« la propriete est bien situee. 1.6 km. de l'epicerie. tres propre mais pas trop beachy. le condo devrait avoir un peu de couleur ou bien deco avec couleurs tropicales. Meme les serviettes de salle de bain etaient beiges comme les murs… pas vraiment de plage de sable mais une belle gande piscine propre. autobus local est tres efficace et pas cher. endroit securitaire et je retournerais a l'ile. »

« What an amazing trip we had to the Cayman Island! Condo was virtually right in the middle, so made exploring the island easy. I don't think I have ever been so close to the beach/ocean, literally steps as described in the listing. As others said in earlier reviews this year, water would have been better enjoyed without the sargassum, as it distorted the beauty of the water. However, did keep us from getting in and the water temp was amazing. Pool so close to the beach as well. Wasn't crowded at...

« The only recommendation is to purchase some sort of small vacuum to vacuum sand and then dispose of the sand in garbage can. As I am sure you are aware the sand was everywhere. »
