The condo is right on the beach very well appointed. Beach chairs and towels are supplied. There are even spices in the kitchen and usable cookware. The bed is comfortable. My only disappointment was transportation around the island (which has nothing to do with this condo). I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you can drive on the left and rent a car.

Another amazing week at Spotts Beach, made even better with this well-appointed condo on the beach. We love the shaded beach with always-available lounge chairs…. Just steps from snorkeling with the turtles and rays. Plenty of towels provided and the comfortable outdoor patio is perfect for that first cup of coffee of the day, or quiet spot to listen to the waves before turning in for the night. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to stay-in and cook….which is both relaxing and a cost-savings. Two very good grocery stores just minutes away. We’ve stayed all over the island and can not overstate how PERFECT this location is. Yes, you’ll need a rental car. That’s the best way to enjoy Grand Cayman.

What you see in the photos is absolutely true. Right on the beach. Paradise. Conveniently located. Rent a car at Andy’s, which you can walk to from airport. (Big sign “Andy’s”.) Driving is nerve wracking, but doable, especially if you have a helper in the passenger seat. Watch YouTube videos and read information online.

Beautiful location, unit was clean, everything worked great. We did get some cruise ships a few times during our stay due to the winds. Beach got a little busier than normal.

The condo unit is a little worn, but location view, etc. is fantastic. Just make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo for the shower.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was clean, comfortable, great location and responsive hosts ready to answer questions and give tips! My toddler and 8 year old enjoyed the beach and lodging so much, it was like pulling teeth to get them to eat out or sightsee elsewhere. The snorkling felt like a luxury. Plenty of visitors daily looking for sea turtles and we had ready access. So many great spots for viewing the ocean life, different little communities of fish and quite the variety!The kids also enjoyed the local land wildlife and plants as well, so beautiful!

Very comfortable and well equipped space our family to spend a long trip right on the beach! It had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy the beach. It was clean, easy to access, and the hosts were great communicators. I appreciate that it was affordable compared to nearby properties, too!

We were very pleased with our beach front condo on Spotts beach. We found the condo clean and well prepared for us. Air conditioning had the place nicely cooled for our arrival. The balcony overlooking the beach had an amazing view - palm trees, sand and ocean. Beautiful!!Our host and the Coral Haven Team (who took care of everything while we were there) were in communication and easy to reach at all times. We had to contact them several times (for not serious questions), and we always received a reply very quickly; and all issues were solved.I swam and snorkelled off the beach a number of times and saw fish of all sorts of colours, a stingray (3 times) and turtles (5 of them at one point) several times. So exciting!!We will consider this location again, when we return.Thanks Coral Haven Team.

The amenities were great. This was a wonderful condo in a perfect location. We had trouble getting the TV to operate and had to have the manager come over to set it up for us. Perhaps leaving an instruction sheet would be helpful.

Very clean, well stocked, and functional 2 bdrm condo. Balcony overlooks the ocean (about 100' away). Great A/C. Very comfortable beds. Good central location. 3 mins from restaurants and groceries. Full kitchen. Two bathrooms. Washer and dryer. Private beach. If you arrive and do not have cell phone service you will not receive the lock code until you are on wifi. Proceed to the condo and login to its wifi while outside the door (name and password are in the welcome email you got days ago), You will immediately get the lock code. Driving at night is challenging in Grand Cayman if you are from the US. They drive on the left and use multi-exit roundabouts instead of stop lights and signs. You MUST know which exits to take beforehand or you will likely get lost. The big question: would I rent it again? Absolutely YES. It's one of the best deals on the island. I'm quite happy with my choice.

We just spent an incredible week at this perfect condo. The location could not be better. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We swam with turtles every single morning right out from our beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
