'This place was so much fun! We had 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) and the place was perfect for them. There was a high chair, baby gate, and lots of beach supplies. There are hundreds of hermit crabs outside every night that my kids loved finding. We found tons of conch shells and sea glass as well. The sargassum was a bummer but no fault of the VRBO owner. We drove to different beaches every day. Overall we loved the place. '

'We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! 'Over many years and many iterations of our family, we have stayed in several types of accommodations. Reef Romance was one of the best. Having a private bathroom for each of us was very nice! The bedrooms were all adequate, the master was huge! The common areas - livingroom, diningroom/kitchen allowed us to be together as much as we wanted. Several nights we all watched movies together. Fixing meals was often a family affair and that was nice for three generations to share.Needless to say,...

'This property was just what we had hoped for! A quiet retreat right on the beach when we were done with our daily adventures. Loved that it was located so close to all of the excursions that we had. String Ray city tour, bio bay, starfish point, snorkeling at rum point, Chrystal caves. It is about a 45 min drive to the touristy part of town but worth a trip over to seven mile beach. '

'This was one of our best vacations yet. I have been gifting my family with a surprise family vacation for christmas for 10 years instead of stuff.The house was great.
