'I just saw my bill. Are you kidding me? A $28 destination charge plus a destination tax? Tax and 20% gratuity on a pantry item that’s already over priced? Valet was $45 and they added 7% sales tax onto that also. My room had what looked like black mold on the upholstery on the bed. Front desk said they would look into it but it was still there when I came back and no explanation was ever given. I wasn’t happy to begin with and now with this bill I’m very unhappy.'

'We came for a great overnight stay to enjoy the 7 Paintings dining experience. Unfortunately we did have a few issues with our room due to cleanliness. The front desk staff’s willingness to help said a lot. Housekeeping needs better leadership to ensure rooms are not in the state that we found ours in.'
