'Rent this place right now. Completely redone with everything working perfectly. This place is brand new redone.this was our tenth trip to south seas and this was the best unit we have stayed in by far.'

'The place was very accommodating for our family. We did not have hot water the entire time in the master bedroom so we took cold showers the entire time. The condo could have used more trash bags, salt/pepper, paper towels. There was not salt or pepper, bags, etc in the kitchen. I would personally clear out a cabinet with the extra silverware drawer and add in some of those items for the guests. Overall, the place was great.'

'Beautiful views. Enjoyed watching manatees and boats in canal. Used beach and pool. Asked for additional pillows, towels and blankets for six people staying there — received Kitchen equipped, but not fully equipped'

'Our stay was very enjoyable despite a couple big setbacks. Condo was decorated very nicely, with the exception of a stained bathtub. The condo was clean with the exception of a fair amount of sand in the living room. Since this is a beach condo, it was not the end of the world. Location was terrific. Everything we could possible need was less than a 5 minute drive away. We loved the screened-in porch from which we watched the sunset over the water each night. WiFi was glitchy, so watching TV was...

'Very comfortable house with well-stocked kitchen. Super responsive and friendly owner. Amazing golf cart and fun sandy roads. Nice view of the harbor. Proximity to two restaurants. Great beach.'

'My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the Beach Villas on gorgeous Captiva Island! The staff was great to work with and answered questions quickly. The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The way it is currently described implies it is inside the villa.'
