This spectacular gulf beach villas residence boasts fantastic amenities and high-end finishes, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. From the comfortable and well appointed furniture to the white quartz kitchen countertops, your family will feel like it is in the lap of luxury. Guests will have access to a King bed in the master quarters, two twin beds in the guest quarters, and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All will be laundered prior to your stay and professionally maintained by our linen service, with only a single touch point between laundry and unit, this touch point being our cleaning staff. 



In terms of location, this residence is located in the Gulf Beach Villas community. Benefitting guests by virtue of featuring a less populated swimming pool, parking lot, beach access, grill area, and tennis court. This community is located adjacent to the Beach Villas community. Many guests find the Gulf Beach Villas community to not only be more tranquil due to its smaller scale, but also more appealing as a result of its closer proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, where it derives its namesake from. 



This condo is one of just a few with a sunset facing exposure, allowing guests to catch the world famous Captiva sunsets from the comfort of their upscale condo. Crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Relax and take much needed naps in any of the three Posturepedic mattresses after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of community gas grills to achieve those perfect grill marks on your catch of the day after fishing with one of the many guides out of Bayside Marina. Catch up on Netflix on any of the 50''+ HD televisions in the unit, for those lazy days in the condo. One of just a few units featuring an in-unit washer and dryer combo, making laundry during your stay a breeze!

Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Gulf Beach Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. UPDATE

Gulf Beach Villas is completing community-wide improvements. The pool renovation is expected to be completed around February 6, 2026. Parking lot renovations will take place from late January through mid-February, which may result in limited parking and minor changes to walking paths. Daytime construction activity may be present. Thank you for your understanding as these upgrades are completed.



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located within the Gulf Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side, close to both the beach and downtown Captiva.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.
