'Because we rented the property through Expedia, we did not have the right to use the property's amenities.'

'We loved everything about this place! We have stayed on captiva before and would love to stay in this condo again. ONLY downside was lack of kitchen tools, no pan, only pots. Coffee and filters would’ve been just the Cherry on top but it was still fantastic.'

'What we loved about this property was access to the beach, the ocean view, the cute decor, and the accessibility to the the rest of the island. The owners' communication was excellent, which we really appreciated. A small but also appreciated amenity was that there was a nice TV in both bedrooms, as well as in the shared space. 'The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.'
