'This hotel is a dream come true. We were sad that we didn't get time to use all of the facilities, because it was a quick layover for our flight home from Italy. The place is immaculate, parking was easy, and the beach is right there! We were treated like gold by every staff member we met. Most spoke English, which was an asset relative to our rudimentary Italian (we can order lattes and ask where the bathroom is located). Thank you for a lovely end to our holiday! I can see us coming back in...

The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again. '
