'The property was nice. Underground parking a plus. Bed super comfortable. Loved that it was pet friendly. Nice bedding and towels etc. Cozy. Hosts extremely responsive and helpful. I am thankful for their kindness. Clean property outdoors as well. They even had bear spray! I really wish the fire pit and hottub was available during my stay. I had planned my solo stay with those two evening activities in mind. Please update welcome binder. Park pass is no longer provided which isn’t a big deal...

'A very clean and well maintained property in a great location. It worked very well for our family of four. The onsite pool and hot tub and the restaurant were excellent. Communication with the host was quick and easy and they were able to respond to our questions right away. Easy check in and out, assigned underground parking made it easy.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely organized, and accommodating for our needs. The grounds of Mystic Ridge are extremely convenient. Parking is close, and the unit is a short walk to the pool area. It had everything you needed for a relaxing getaway. '

'Room was immaculate. Very clean. Comfy beds. Check in was smooth. Resort was quiet and family friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Kids loved the heated pool. Great family vacation spot. Would absolutely recommend :)'

'Amazing views. Beautiful place. Unfortunately wr were too busy throughput weekend and were not able to fully utilize the amenities like the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again. Parking was only challenging part of our stay. Overall though an excellent experience'

'The bathroom had fecal matter present. Bugs in the kitchen. So much limescale in the shower/showerhead. The carpets felt like they’ve never been cleaned. The room was tiny and dingy. Poor lighting. The gym was full brown disgusting and filthy with all pads torn up. No communication about the games area not being available due to a squash tournament. Simply gross and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. '
