'Instructions for check in/out are a little confusing. Elevators were broken and accessibility to the room was poor as we were on the 35th floor, wait times for the elevators were 30 minutes and residents of the building said that happens a lot. When trying to get in contact with the host to try and get a partial refund back, he doesn’t answer back so don’t even bother. '

'We enjoyed our stay at Melissa's place. It was accurate to the listing, clean, and conveniently located. The view from the balcony was really nice and the location was convenient for downtown travels. There were a few hiccups during our stay (open maintenance issue with the bathroom ceiling and broken A/C) but Melissa was very communicative throughout. She also accommodated our late check-in after our flight got delayed which we appreciated.'

'Very nice and tiny basement apartment. Includes all essentisl cooking uten, microwave, oven stove, coffee machine, electric kettle. Enough towels for 6. Washer dryer with detergent and anti wrinkle paper. A home away from home. Nice and big TV with Netflix. Quiet neighborhood, nice eateries less than 10 minutes away.'
