'Fantastic clean and well equipped house in a great position for town. Description undersells the property as it is much larger and better equipped. Very friendly host. Garage parking was a real bonus and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms.'

'Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Stadthaus sehr genossen. Besonders durch die Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und supermärkte. Das Haus punktet durch den Innenhof, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler doppelt. Der Besitzer ist sehr engagiert. Üoro Christo ist ein toller Ort mit vielen Einheimischen und ruhiger Lage. Gern bucheb wir erneut! Danke!'

'Rental is facilitated through Homerti, which went smoothly with good and responsive communication. In the house, we got so much more than we expected - including 4 bedrooms (1 each) when the listing says 3. The bathrooms are new, great showers. Lots of space inside and out, including two terraces / verandas. Location is fantastic; a short walk to the marina and restaurants of Portopetro. Check in was easy. The only thing that would have been a helpful addition is kitchen basics for cooking (i.e....

'The host of this home is a delightful man who has pride of ownership. The home is in great shape with a lot of attention to detail. It was a great stay in Santanyi with an owner who made our stay very pleasant.'

'Die Lage ist natürlich der Hammer. Wunderschön in Fußnähe zu tollen Buchten mit netten Stränden. Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung, dadurch war die Wohnung groß genug. Zu viert wäre es definitiv zu eng gewesen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Die Küchenmesser waren scharf und Geschirr war reichlich da. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltungsagentur ist nicht ganz so optimal, wie wenn man es direkt mit dem Vermieter zu tun hätte. Die Betten waren nicht sonderlich gut....

'Le logement était parfait, dans un petit village au calme, très bien équipé, fonctionnel et confortable. Gabriel a été adorable. Recommande pour des personnes qui souhaitent être au calme. Nécessite d’être véhiculé. A noter que 2 chambres et une salle de bain sont accessible seulement par l’extérieur . Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons ce logement.'

'The property is gorgeous - super clean, modern and spacious. Location in front of the water and restaurants is amazing. Grocery store at ground floor and restaurants same street. We took a wonderful boat tour and it literally left from our front door. How convenient. Rosa - owner is great and opened her store at night so we could grab essentials as we checked in late. Very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Will be back again for sure ! '
