'Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Toni. Merci pour les petites douceurs culinaires. Toni a été à notre écoute. La maison est grande et agréable. Nous avons apprécié l'exposition et l'aménagement des coins de vie extérieurs entre ombre et soleil. La villa se situe dans un quartier calme, à 5mn à pied des commerces et de la plage. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Majorque.'

'Sehr schönes Haus, etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand, einkaufen, essen gehen. Schöner Pool und ein riesiges Grundstück zum laufen mit unserem Hund, der die wildlebenden Schildkröten sehr spannend fand. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Gastgeber mit Obst und Wasser, auch sehr gute Kommunikation und Betreuung durch Juan. Haus war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.'

'Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, haben hier in den Herbstferien 2022 schöne 10 Tage gehabt. Der Ablauf mit der Agentur war top und unkompliziert. Die Vermieter unglaublich herzlich. Das Objekt an sich ist schön und großzügig aufgeteilt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Der Innenbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten sind nicht gut und sollten ausgetauscht werden. 'Not as close to amenities/beach as we’d thought. Approx 10-15 min walk to beach On outskirts of can picafort made it much windier than by beach. But villa lovely & big with pool and table tennis. Kitchen could do with grater, can opener and few other basics like 2 chopping boards and kettle that switches off! (Bit dangerous) but a lovely stay 😊 Thank you'

'Die Zeit auf Mallorca war sehr schön. Es waren ausreichend Liegen und Aussenplätze vorhanden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass nicht immer gleich der Geschirrspüler angestellt werden musste. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend mit einer kleinen Badebucht in der Nähe etwas abseits vom Ort cala d'or. Miguel ist ein toller Vermieter, der sich immer sofort bei Problemen gekümmert.'

'Great outdoor sitting / eating / lounging areas. Very pretty round pool etc. Lots of space inside, nice well equipped kitchen. Not too much hot water...no big deal but impacted dishwashing, central burner on hob didnt' work properly - generator made noise in morning. On arrival limited stock of toilet paper / dishwasher tablets etc a minor irritation. However, overall very satisfied. Lovely place'

'We stayed here for one month with our three little children. The place looks exactly like the pictures, it’s clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great just a short walk to the restaurants, stores, marina and beach. Check-in and communication with the property owner was all fast and smooth. Some small issues to be solved were dealt with accurate a quick. We would stay here again for sure! Had an amazing month!'

'Familievriendelijk hotel met veel bejaarde Duitse gasten. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Uitstekend ontbijt en prima ligging. Verwacht niet ondergedompeld te worden in Spaanse cultuur. Het was voor ons soms irritant dat steeds in het Duits gecommuniceerd werd.'

'Prachtige gerenoveerde appartementen in de buurt van alle voorzieningen die je nodig bent. Strand 100 meter , supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat. Verder geen animatie in het complex. Vrij parkeren op loopafstand. Ook erg fijn. Het enige minpuntje is de uitrusting van de keuken. Pannen en dergelijke zijn niet vernieuwd en werken dus niet echt goed op de nieuwe kookplaat. En weinig keukenbenodigdheden. Maar dat is ook echt het enige minpuntje! Fijn verblijf gehad! 😁'
