The exterior area of this finca offers the opportunity to know an authentic Majorcan country house. The rustic construction, surrounded by pure nature, boasts beautiful corners where you can spend nice moments. The artificial lawn area is perfect to bask in the sun on one of the 2 sunloungers or to enjoy the jacuzzi that can be heated up to 24ºC. Then, you will find several terraces where you can enjoy a glass of wine, a good reading or a family meal or with friends. There are neighbours around.

Upon entering the house, you will find a living room, a kitchen-dining room equipped with a gas stove, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Going up the stairs, you will find the living room, equipped with a TV and air conditioning, the two bedrooms, both with two single beds and a wardrobe, and a second bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning and space to set up a cot and high chair. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Fans and a heater are also available.

The accommodation is located 6 km away from the town of Manacor where you will find all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more. In addition, you will have an easy access to the southern paradisaical beaches and coves like Cala Romántica, only 17.6 km away, and many others.
