Villa La Estancia is a 5-Star resort in Cabo San Lucas. It is beachfront to Medano Bay, the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, and offers stunning views of Land's End and the Pacific Ocean.

The villa itself is 2197s.f. including the terrace. There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom offers a king bed and sofa with a private bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, free standing tiled shower and double sinks. The second bedroom offers two queen beds with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. There is a sofa bed in the living area. A third bathroom is located off the living area that features a tiled shower. The villa has a washer and dryer as well as a utility sink.

There are 3 flat screen TVs in the villa, a DVD player and a stereo system.

The oversized terrace offers a stunning view of Land's End and Medano Bay as well as overlooking the beautiful resort courtyard and pools. There is a BBQ, wet bar and mini-fridge on the terrace for your use.

The Resort: The resort features a gorgeous split level pool, with swim-up bar and grill along with 5 outdoor hot tubs. The resort also has a gym with his and her spas, which each have a whirlpool and steam room. There is a full service restaurant, La Casona, on site. The concierge is available to help with reservations for both dining and activities. There is also a car rental agency on site as well as free underground parking. The property also has a market and deli, Internet cafe, arcade and tennis courts.

The town of Cabo San Lucas: Villa La Estancia is only a short distance from the town of Cabo San Lucas and can be reached by taxi or bus or, if you enjoy walking, it's an easy walk on either the beach or paved roads. The town itself is a true dichotomy, offering both old and new. There is the full service marina which is surrounded by the new Luxury Mall and the Puerto Paraiso mall. Near the malls are the vendors selling their wares in little shops where you can barter for your treasures.

There are too many restaurants to name, representing every type of food imaginable. We have never had a bad meal in Cabo San Lucas.

Golfing is also near and the courses are well maintained and beautiful.
