'This is a perfect-off the beaten path getaway. It is close enough to the city to enjoy its conveniences but just far enough away to feel you’ve escaped. The house was eclectic and comfortable. We loved opening the doors and listening to the birds. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.'

'Property was great. Private and very quiet. Didn’t realize how nice quiet could be. We even heard the coyotes howling. Fire pit area may need some attention. Love that we could take the whole family with us (our pup). It was well furnished didn’t need to bring anything but our dog essentials. Host was very communicative, when we couldn’t get in. Great view, great location!! '

'The property was just as expected. The host make sure everybody was comfortable, including our dogs. There was plenty of outdoor activities. Our check in process was not great, we arrived to the flower child home with another guest already there. It turns out the host have 3 rentals on this property and the guest checked into the wrong house. Even though the houses have a keypad entry on the front door, the host has a lockbox with a key to the house (I guess in case the keypad doesn't work) well...

'The outside picture does not do it justice. The whole house was clean, with clean towels in the bathrooms. Full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, including seasoning, was available for us to use. Extra blankets were available. The hot water was hot and the A/C was cold! It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!'

'Wife and I wanted to get away for a quick trip to take our dog hiking and see the Harry Potter thing they had in Bastrop. This place was a great, easy location for trails and coffee shops around. Nice driveway to use and the bedding was very comfortable! '

'It was right in the town square but still private. The backyard was very cute and the hot tub was great. We were close to restaurants, bars, live music, galleries, shopping, etc. '
