'Overall it was a great stay. The property was clean and modernized. The location was great for hikes, star gazing, as well as local shops around for the family. My only concerns was the lack of info on the septic tank, since teaching kids to throw away toilet paper vs flushing is hard, as well as the location having two groups staying in the same home, just different levels. 'This place was very small but big on hospitality and thoughtful touches. The space is very well laid out and organized. It had literally everything we needed. We quickly felt at home and enjoyed our stay so much. We would even stay longer if we could have, and will remember it for a hopeful next time we come explore the canyon further. Tropic is a lovable town and a perfect distance from many places of interest.'

'Stayed here with another couple. Perfect size for the four of us. We were here to hike Bryce Canyon. It was about 30 minutes into the park. We stopped at St. George for food and beverages, although the neighboring town, Tropic, actually had a decent market. The house was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the front porch and hung out quite a bit there. It was a no thrills place but honestly absolutely perfect for our stay.'
