'The cabin couldn’t have been nicer with the sound of the waves reaching the deck and the sunrise coming in the windows in the morning. The cabins are simple but the property is just amazing.'

'The location was beautiful and easy to find. Being 5 minutes away from Tobermory was great. The inside of the house was well looked after with up to date kitchen, washrooms and comfy beds. Be aware the stairs to the loft were very steep. There were issues with the front door lock which others have also noted. Kam responded promptly; however after several tries we were also able to figure it out on our own. Outside, things looked in need of some TLC such as 2 dirty kayaks under the deck...

'Would 10/10 recommend other friends to stay here! Cottage is beautiful and quiet. It's by the lake with kayaks and life jackets - though we did not have the chance to use them. Property owner/manager was prompt in response and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.'

'A lovely location by the water! Lots of sleeping space with the carriage house and very comfortable, even in the winter, with the indoor wood burning fireplace which we enjoyed immensely! The hot tub was also wonderful :)The host, Jennifer, was incredibly attentive, more than other hosts, and very willing to assist (although we didn’t need anything). Would love to come back in better weather! '

'Incredible home in a great spot. Big, beautiful, fully stocked kitchen and bbq setup. Three bedrooms, with a spacious common area. Outdoor fire pit. Lots of board games, outdoor activities like bocce ball, volleyball, etc. and a fire pit. Very quiet at night, under an astonishing star-y night sky. Also, loved the layout of the home, will keep it in mind if I opt to build one :)'

It would be efit from a deep clean and some maintenance. The spartan decor and light furniture shows every scratch and stain and dirty area, and they're really accumulating. 'We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage—the location is fantastic and the property itself has so much charm. It definitely has the true cottage feel, meaning not everything is “perfect,” but that’s part of its character. For example, we noticed some cobwebs, the lighting could be better, and there was a bit of clutter around the back.
