'The reason for the 3 stars is I'm not a techy person and I get to the room after long travel day, hoping to watch some sports and I turn on the television and can not access cable tv. You had to jump through some hoops to get access. I had to call office for help, they did come and assist, but he was not happy or friendly. So they get 3 stars and no more.'

'Great place to stay for pumpkin fest.'

'I have stayed at this hotel before and have never experienced issues like this, which is why this stay was so disappointing. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our room because it had not been cleaned yet. Once we finally got in, a large bag of garbage had been left behind. 'We stayed in a double queen bed room with kitchenette…it was huge! The view was beautiful and the room was very clean. Would highly recommend a stay at this lovely place!'

'There was a very strong odour permeating everything in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable with low-grade mattresses, thin walls and lots of noise and music and arguments coming through the walls.'

'Alles was prima. Zagen nog een vos op weg was supercool. Jammer genoeg geen beren. Schoon netjes prima kamer.'

'Very clean well-maintained place.'

'such a beautiful space located near all the hotspot hikes and close to a tim hortons and grocery store! the cabins itself were very relaxing, 10/10 pillows and mattress only note was the room had quite a bit of spider webs and dust but other than that everything else was perfect thank you!'

'New hotel under construction from expansion it was a bit disorderly. Spacious rooms, perfect bedding, nice shower. View from the window on the hallway of the longstay facility. Breakfast could use an upgrade with less plastic and better wholewheat bread. '

'Clean room'

'The bathroom not have a power outlet made hair blow drying a bit difficult. Perhaps bring/motel supply an extension cord. Bit noisy due to the Motel being located close to the major road through town.'

'Clean, new hotel. Friendly staff. Easy laundry service. Enough parking, good facilities nearby (big supermarket, gas station, Tim Horton), close to town with nice bars and restaurants. Netflix on large TV with own registration so you can tune in to your own account. '

'Hotel is lovely fresh and new Breakfast was nicely, presented and delicious Access to the in-house menu for dinner was not ideal. Some items were not available so we ordered out The menu was a bit limited. Otherwise, a great stay would highly recommend'
