Welcome to the Countryside Carriage House, a peaceful and private retreat just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nestled in a beautiful natural setting, this charming 900 sq ft carriage house offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and countryside charm.

Space & Amenities:

• 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath: The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed for ultimate comfort. The second bedroom is ideal for families, with a bunk bed that has a full-size bottom and twin top. The living room couch, though not a pull-out, is very comfortable and can accommodate one person. An air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping arrangements.
• Full Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools, pots, and dishes you’ll need. The kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, toaster oven, and a full-size coffee maker with a milk steamer for cappuccinos, as well as a Keurig with a coffee bar equipped with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and creamer and sweetener.
• Comfort Amenities: We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including paper towels, bathroom tissue, dishwashing liquid, new dishwashing sponges per guest, a dishwasher with detergent, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs, cotton balls, makeup wipes, and laundry detergent. We provide clean linens and towels and free WiFi. We also provide guests with a welcome basket that includes snacks.
• Laundry Closet: A convenient closet houses a full-size washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided, allowing you to take care of laundry needs during your stay.
• Private Entrance & Parking: Your own separate entrance upstairs over a 3-car garage ensures privacy, with dedicated parking for easy access.
• Outdoor Deck: Step out onto the small deck overlooking our serene pool area—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Pool & Gardens:

• Fenced-In Pool: Take a dip in the sparkling salt water pool with a waterfall and fountain, just steps away from your door. Please note the pool is closed from the end of September to mid-April due to cold weather. Timing is weather dependent and TBD based on weather. Sorry - dogs aren’t allowed at the pool.
• Beautiful Gardens: Surround yourself with lush gardens and landscaping, featuring a butterfly garden and vibrant flowers.

Comfort & Cleanliness:

• We clean to the highest standards, and all furnishings were selected for the utmost comfort. All beds have memory foam toppers and we offer a variety of soft and firm pillows to meet any preference.
