'This property had a lot of strange odor. Our original room had an off odor (sort of like dog) and the receptionist was able to get us into another room. 'Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel'

'Trouble adjusting the air it was cold there wasn't enough towels nor enough blankets . Staff was not extremely helpful at the front desk the man didn't even speak fluent English I, didn't even understand but like a fourth of what he was saying stayed there years ago and it was really nice ! Sadly, I can no longer say the same !'

The pocket door to the wet room didn't close all the way and looked to be intentional. Also the layout of the shower door made it that you had to reach in to turn the shower on and therefore couldn't turn it on without getting wet somehow. And the towel rack was behind the shower door so you had to step out to get your towel, or leave it on the floor. Minor things but seems...

'I booked through Expedia with no problems, and the check-in staff was great! The food at the bistro was sub-par I do not recommend. The bad part was, as a woman traveling alone someone knocked on my door early on check out day and then got the keys out to open my door I quickly tried to open it and they walked away. I cannot recommend for safety reasons.'
