Kastelen in Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve

'The place was very big and cute, it was a decent price for the type of place it is I would definitely stay here again'

'I enjoyed my stay. The staff was top tier.'

'Clean rooms Close to downtown Livermore'

'Everything was great.'

'We stayed Halloween night so possibly a more busy night. You can hear some noise from other rooms and sometimes hear plumbing but overall not too bad, very convenient location, fast check in and check out. Some towels did not seem very clean. Overall cleanliness was good.'

'Very clean'

'One of the maids walked into my room without knocking first, while I was getting dressed. The front desk clerk, scolded me in front of other guests about a booking error. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. The breakfast area was awesome. The shower is a poor design, water spilled out onto the floor of the whole bathroom.'

'The checking experience was smooth and we were happy with the room. However the service is really bad in regards to cleaning the room. Apparently rooms are not cleaned if guests leave the room after 12 pm. I haven’t read anything about it before, also I wasn’t warned about this rule. I was ok with one day not having the room cleaned and called the front desk to make sure they clean the room the next day. The next day just to be sure, I went down to the front desk and I requested to replenish...

'Excellent room, spacious warm shower, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly and professional staff, surprisingly perfect breakfast. Just a couple issues (1) giant dried up booger in bathroom (cringing), and (2) giant portal of doom also in bathroom covered in plexiglass with one corner lifted. Great for Halloween time but should not have watched so much X-Files in the nineties.'

'Clean room, comfy beds, clean towels!'

'Schone kamer. Nette grote badkamer. Ontbijt was geweldig. Continu werd alles bijgevuld. Ook het warme gedeelte van het ontbijt. Dus prima verzorgd. Alleen jammer dat je niet even naar een goed restaurant kon lopen (of je moest een uur lopen) Dat was ook het enige minpuntje. '
