« Great location. Nothing fancy, but a good value. Dock and waterfront access. The pool was lovely, but not heated. Very quiet other than road noise. This unit #6 was the only one without a screened in porch. That would have been a nice addition. Overall a good value. »

« The inside home was great. Furniture clean and new. Beds were comfortable. Pretty clean except for some mouse droppings in cabinets. Screened in porch furniture was nice but actual porch needs a good wipe down. Was pretty dirty. Pool at main house needs alot of help. Loungers mostly broken tiles missing, algae growin on grout in pool and black looking mold around edge. People at main house thought it was their private pool so that was awkward. « Our family stayed for a couple of nights during spring break. The property is well stocked with pretty much everything you need other than food. Very clean and nicely decorated! We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.Marcello was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions. »

« We lucked out and had great weather during our stay. We have been to the Venture Out location before but this was our first time at this rental. The cottage is very clean and updated, it was nice to have the little porch and the sunbathing lounges and kayaks to use. If we had stayed longer we would have used the bikes. We were very happy with this rental. I loved the kitchen chandelier. Everything you need is there. The ONLY thing I would suggest is thicker bed pillows. Other than that, it was...
