« We really enjoyed our stay here and we were in a good location to visit several distilleries. The unit is unique and quite cozy with comfortable furniture. The host checked in with us via text to make sure we had everything we needed, which we did. There is a curtain in an archway that you can close to get more privacy in the back of the unit where the bedroom and bathroom are. The TV's have a lot of channels including streaming channels. « I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. I would come again and appreciate the hospitality! »

« Easy keyless entry, comfortable large king bed with extra pillows, blankets and bedding; very clean with all the amenities one would need. Loved the vintage touches throughout! The only thing I would recommend is a little more detail in locating the property. It’s hidden back behind other houses and not well marked. Thank goodness it’s red. Loved staying here and will definitely stay again! »

« Very clean , cozy and comfortable. We woke up to find turkeys , cattle , sheep and chickens to have morning coffee with. Hosts were fabulous, checked on us to make sure that our stay was all that we hoped for . The property is away from the city noises but a easy drive to many activities ( only 15 minutes to Makers Mark )We especially enjoyed the fire pit under the silo for evening cocktails »

« This property was very clean. The host answered questions about the home. It's the first time I have stayed in a rental and they left information about who to call in a emergency as far as numbers for the fire department and the police numbers. I loved to learn about the history of the building. »

« Lovely place! Felt safe and very private. Nicely furnished with comfy beds and a luxurious shower. Nice area by the river to walk. Amazing deck with a beautiful view. Convenient drive to Bardstown or a little further to the caves. Was able to get on 5g internet fine, no need to worry. I will note, it’s at the bottom of a pretty steep hill and I worry my Camry would have struggled in the rain or snow, but we had good weather. Just noting it might be a 4-wheel drive trip. »

« Very spacious, enjoyed the view of the lake, and the pool table. Everyone had plenty of room, very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We will be back again. »

« Bourbon Trail Oasis at Boone Farm was a great spot for our family’s getaway. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet located a short drive from area attractions. We visited distilleries, hiked around Mammoth Cave, and had a day trip into Louisville, but were able to come back to the VRBO and simply relax. »
