'Was in alle opzichten verzorgd .De badkamer had iets groter mogen zijn , maar dat was slechts een detail. Het restaurant is uitstekend , zowel qua smaak, kwaliteit van de ingrediënten , presentatie, en de bediening heel attent en professioneel.. Ook het ontbijtbuffet en de er bij aangeboden à la carte mogelijkheden zijn uiterst verzorgd. Concierge goed geïnformeerd over de mogelijkheden rondom.'

'Comparable to any 5 star resort on this planet in terms of service and cleanliness. The staff was AMAZING. First free drinks, then a tour of the facility. This hotel should teach a master class on service and staff loyalty. Every employee is friendly and eager to serve. I can't recommend Hotel Matthiol enough. I wish they had locations in every city because I'd book them exclusively from here on.'
