'Glad of the late check-in, as we got in around 11pm. Best to checkin while light to find room at bottom of the hill. Charming area, but our activities were based in Ithaca. Great peaceful views of the lake. Very clean and updated. Very little counter space in bathroom.'

'The B&B property was lovely, and we enjoyed our suite on the top floor. We had a lake view from our room, the dining room, and the deck. Check in and out was easy, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and accommodated our breakfast options for a food allergy.'

'Jen, our host was amazing! The inn was very beautiful, clean and welcoming. The inn is within walking distance to great restaurants, pubs and Glenn falls state park. Vineyards and wine tasting start withing a 5 minute drive and the scenery ( lake view) begins right on the inn's porch or upper decks. A great place for our 50th anniversary "road trip".'

'Als je de Watkins Glen regio wilt bezoeken is dit een perfecte plek. Groot huis met een mooie veranda met uitzicht op het Seneca meer. Wij (gezin met 4 tieners) hebben genoten van deze plek, heerlijk gebarbecued, maar ook koken kan prima. Heel veel kruiden en zelfs nog spullen in de koelkast om te gebruiken. De vuurplaats buiten hebben we iedere avond gebruikt voor een kampvuur (er lagen zelfs marshmallows voor ons klaar). Hangmat in de tuin is ook leuk. De tweepersoonbedden vonden we wat smal,...

'We loved being tucked away up the hill with woods around us (complete with deer running through the yard!), but also a very simple and quick 3 minute drive to the main stretch of town. Everything was clean and lots of large windows for natural light and for seeing the foliage. '

'The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories!'
