'Room and linen were clean but bathroom has a mouldy slipmat in the shower. Building definitely showing signs of wear and tear but the reception staff very friendly.'

'Staff were wonderful beds were hard and uncomfortable room was cold heater. Didn't work tv wasn't working not a great. Deal on menu couldn't have breakfast restaurant wasn't open until late had to take kids out. To look for breakfast'

'The inside of the room was lovely with new technology for door entry, lighting etc. and we loved the wildlife and farm animals. however the outside of the property was a total mess. It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery'

'Absolutely awful stay, although it must have been a great hotel to stay 20 years ago. It’s nothing like that anymore and nothing like that. Rooms are enormously old, reception is unfriendly and not showing that they don’t want to work there. Extra: I have received a parking fine even though I submitted my car registration number. After multiple times of contacting the hotel. Promising cancellations of the fine, nothing has been done.'
