'Almost everything was great. In our room there was a light odor that took a while to get used to it.'

'Front desk staff were wonderful. Checking out was a pain, it was before front desk staff was there and had to use a remote kiosk. There was no audio, so I had to play charades with the agent on the screen. That’s where anything remotely positive about the property ends. I’m not expecting 4 star accommodations, but this place is a dive. Checked into room, very dated, fecal matter still in toilet, toilet paper stuffed into peep hole, bathtub missing significant pieces of enamel, desk chair,...

'At check in the staff was great! We had very noisy neighbors and I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. If you have an issue overnight you most likely are screwed. For the cost of the room it was upsetting that I felt abandoned.'

'This was great for our needs-close to family, pet friendly with a fenced yard. The house can accommodate many in one place and has huge potential. There were issues. The house was over mostly clean, but some areas need a deep cleaning-the refrigerator, kitchen ceiling and vent, drawers and cabinets . The oven and garbage disposal did not work. 'All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money.'

'We were in the area for a graduation, so the house with 5 large bedrooms, a nice backyard including a canopy was perfect for us. The house was exactly as pictured, and large enough for everyone. There were a few little things that weren't smooth- like getting the wifi password or access to both TVs at the same time, but otherwise it was an excellent stay. Would definitely stay again. We were able to check in about 30 minutes early, which was helpful.'
