'Excellent choice we made to come to Coconut Bay! Food and dining options was fantastic, coffee and bar service up to par all day! Staff was great alround, Gym was easily accessible and available. I couldn't ask for more. Entrainment nighltly and games to play for anyone to join like Bingo, corhole, and dancing. I even got a carnival chip! I visited at a good time! My daughter loved the water which wasn't too complicated, just right! Everything was great!'

'Allereerst een compliment voor de gehele staff. Niets was teveel en iedereen erg attent en warm. Mijn advies neem junior swim up suite all inclusiv want alles maar dan ook alles zit erin. Geen verrassingen na afloop. Het eten is uitzonderlijk goed. Ontbijt ,lunch ,snacks cocktail of dinner alles is gewoon hoge kwaliteit. 'Our stay here was amazing. From the minute we walked in and were offered champagne to when we left. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is stunning and there’s lots to do. Loved the beach and the two different pools. Would come back here every year if we could! Only comment is our back door to our room, and side door didn’t lock which was strange, and the ceiling fan/air con needed a service so it didn’t squeak all night. '
