'Staff was super rude as a frequent traveler we abide by all rules and signs posted when there is no rules or signs posted you treat your guest like trash for not knowing the rules that you never explained in any way.. worst vacation EVER . STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! '

'The Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is under construction and our room had not been cleaned well since they did work in it. The floors were dirty. The bathroom had drywall powder all over the floor and door handled The shower had dirty workman prints all over them The breakfast was subpar The best part was the warm cinnamon rolls. 'Tru Hotel Chain never disaapoints.This particular location was perfect. It was clean, very nice staff, safe environment and best of all, walking distance for everything. This area is a whole vibe. You never have to leave the area for good food, nice bar or nite life. I will definitely stay here again. '

'Property was absolutely filthy and needed updated at least a decade ago, if not longer. There is a "remodel" going on, but what exactly is being improved? No clue, we saw no improvements. What we did see was torn and hanging wallpaper literally everywhere, construction dust and trash from days? weeks? months? prior with absolutely no attempt to keep the establishment tidy. 'The room was very clean and nicely put together. The front desk ladies were extremely welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We throughly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. '
