'Good experiences on multiple visits here. Breakfast is decent, and there are good dining options and a 7-11 within walking distnace. It can be a little tough to get to the Niseko United slopes (shuttle can be unreliable), but I'm visiting to ski tour; so that doesn't really matter for my purposes.'

'An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. Shout out to the front desk team who answered all questions and helped us book a car at the last minute when uber flaked.'

'Loved the hot springs and the complementary treats throughout the day.'

'Great. Only issue was the airco which was only in Japanese, we had to ask the frontdesk to assist at any adjustment'
