'Property and Staff as well as the Facilities where top notch. Unfortunately, the third-party company for Expedia botched our booking causing a terrible first day and night at the resort. I would recommend booking with the hotel directly. The hotel resort staff was amazing.'

'I can’t express enough how fantastic the service, food, entertainment and overall quality of the resort. We were blown away! I want to say a special thank you to Melissa the GM, her attentiveness and customer care was exceptional. Massive shout out to chef Juan, chef Kevin and Chef Derrick - we requested authentic Jamaican cuisine and these guys delivered to such a high standard and made our stay so special. Cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10 all round'

'The accommodation is good value for money, in my opinion. Rooms are clean and adequate for a holiday stay. Swimming pool on the premises, well tended, and the beach a 5-minute walk away. Access to the beach is included, armband available at reception. The level of communication with the owner prior to arrival was exceptional. '

'I went to the property at about 9:00pm. I was with my mom (73years old) my adult and young son. We drove for 4 hours only to be told we need to cancel because someone has occupied the property until the 30th December. I can’t begin to say I was so disappointed. I could find no other place on Christmas Eve so at that time I had to drive for another 3 hours to return home. Worst experience I have ever had. '

'The host/owner was a charming and welcoming hostess. She was reassuring in words and deed to the point where she has emergency evacuation notices posted in the property. She provided printed information for restaurants, transportation, local activities and delivery service. She is an amazing host with a great and friendly personality yet not short of professionalism.
