'My family gathered at The Big White Villa for a reunion. The location is perfect with amazing views from the balcony, and we were right next to a national historic monument. Best of all, the beach was a short walk away. There were plenty of rooms, balconies, nooks, etc. for my family to hang out, talk, eat, sleep, etc. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and can use some modernizing/refurbishing. 'The house was very spacious and comfortable. The best view overlooking the mountains and ocean! The star of the entire stay was Chef Shane! Unbelievably the best variety and robust flavors in all he cooked for us! We all were so impressed with his presentation of food. He clearly cooks from his heart because you can taste the goodness in every spoonful! If it was not for Shane, Melissa and Antoinette this trip would not have been so memorable! 'The accommodation is good value for money, in my opinion. Rooms are clean and adequate for a holiday stay. Swimming pool on the premises, well tended, and the beach a 5-minute walk away. Access to the beach is included, armband available at reception. The level of communication with the owner prior to arrival was exceptional. '

'I love the beachfront location of Ligtescape! Unit is very clean, exactly as pictured. As a senior traveler its conveniently close to Ocho Rios town centre and tourist attractions. Easy walking distance in 2-5 mins to the beach, a range of casual and fine dining shops and tons of shopping and local street. '

Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! 'I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.'
