'We stayed 2 nights. The location is top, nect to the monastery and 2 blocks away from the Plaza de Armas. We were offered an upgrade for extra money, but we took the superior room we booked. The only window looked out over a service corridor with little privacy. Breakfast is okayish and the sauna not really usuable. We did not get the free upgrade (if available) nor a free drink as promised by Expedia. Good stay overall though, Arequipa wonderful'

The accommodation is has been constructed with Spanish and Peruvian tones and is spacious and comfortable. Jose and the staff were very friendly and helpful with all requests. This was a memorable experience!'

'This was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The room was beautiful and very clean. Our only irk was that we got a room with the jetted tub, but the hot water was minimal and the water pressure was minimal so it took very long to fill the tub and by the time it filled, the water was not very warm. We made do, but this was our only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic - amazing staff and service, amazing food, beautiful building and...
