'The room was clean and housekeeping tidied up daily or when requested. There was on site laundry as well which was convenient. The location is just far from the expressway.'

'We did not feel safe staying here due to the 3 men hovering around our door as well as they were all smoking when we reserved non smoking and one of them looked to be living out of the room next to us as the room itself was not clean upon arrival and when we approached the front desk clerk he proceeded to yell about everything and refuse help as well as kept trying to get us to go back to the room instead of trying to assist and accommodate our concerns.'

'The property is noisy due to the traffic, also, my room had a heavy dog smell in one of the beds. No dogs should be alloud in certain rooms and dog must not use a bed to sleep.'

'WE HAD A BLAST, PARKING WAS GREAT, THEY COULD UPDATE THE GRILL IN THE BACK WE DID USE IT AND IT WORKED FOR WHAT IT WAS'

'The morning staff at the desk was ok but the housekeeping was horrible, they did not change Our sheets on our beds, the trash was still there when we came back from our event. And the sheets looked like they never been changed, there were spots on the pillow cases etc. The night staff was amazing they gave us clean sheets to put on our beds and they were just great. '

'Stayed for 2 nights and parking was great and free. Room was standard nothing fancy but the sofa was a plus and great for just 2 quick nights. The staff was very pleasant. Next time in Hiram we would definitely stay here again.'
