Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

What sucked was our room wasn't ready for a bit we went to eat and our room still wasn't ready but the guy working the front desk tried to get us a room on the 1st floor he said there wouldn't have been as good of a view of the beach as the original room we booked but it was still appreciated he tried we did get our room and it was very nice you could see the beach from our room.
