'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'This is the perfect spot for a few nights in Wellington. Less than 10 minutes to the showgrounds and 3 minutes to Publix. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need (keurig etc). Tv is large and has all the channels. It’s very quiet and the host is responsive and helpful. Huge ceiling fan is very nice and it’s rare to get a table to eat at in a small studio and this one even has that. Very affordable. Thought it was terrific. '
