Very clean and although you are charged some ridiculous $40 fee for who knows what, they give you a $15.00 credit which can be used for take out breakfast cafe or eat in restaurant The take out cafe had fabulous cinnamon buns and Nutella croissants. Prices equivalent to San Francisco and Miami. '

'Amazing staff and service level. The best room option is an ocean front room and if you can afford it on the club level! The club lounge has a very good level of service and quality. The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast! Spa is awesome. Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play. '

Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'
