'Here's the GOOD & the BAD from someone who's stayed here over 10 times... THE GOOD: This hotel is gorgeous, and it's a must-see if you're going to be on Palm Beach Island, which is totally different from West Palm Beach. You're right on the beach, which is great if that's what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful, there are 4 pools (2 of which are adults-only), lots of restaurants, stores, and stunning gardens! It's worth staying here at least once in your life. THE BAD: This hotel is...

'Our room was in a great oceanfront location. The food on site was delicious and not too expensive. The access to the ocean was easy!'

'Very clean and helpful staff. Great restaurants and bars on site.'

'Mooie kamer en zwembad met fijne ligbedden'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Amazing staff and service level. The best room option is an ocean front room and if you can afford it on the club level! The club lounge has a very good level of service and quality. The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast! Spa is awesome. Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play. '

'I’ll stay here was excellent. The rooms were clean. It was a beautiful environment inside and out. My partner lost his wallet in the bar area and we went out for dinner stuff immediately found it and kept it for him and returned it as soon as we got back to the area. Breakfast was amazing Chef Kelly is amazing.'

'In dit hotel kun je het gevoel krijgen volledig onzichtbaar te zijn. Je betaalt behoorlijk wat, maar je krijgt er niet die service voor terug die verwacht mag worden. Het is een beetje een 'nieuw rijken' sfeer. Daarom ook luidruchtiger en op bepaalde punten platvloerser dan wij in ieder geval verwacht hadden.'

'Prachtig hotel aan zee Horeca prijzig maar van zeer hoede kwaliteit'

'Good value for money . Swimming pool was really nice . Excellent gym'
