'The place was wonderful. No traditional “check in” process as much as someone meeting us at the front door. She was nice and helpful and got us to our room. Room was fantastic, rooftop pool was fairly dirty but it is the off season. The view from the top was wonderful and it has a comfy, covered hangout space. Everything in the room worked great and was comfortable. The room facing the street was pretty loud late into a Saturday night, but the room on the other side was quiet.'

'We went to Xcalak not really ,knowing what to expect…we arrived to the property and made ourselves at home…we walked around town and most looked at us like we were as new in town as we were..this only lasted a few days and then everyone greeted us with a friendly smile and a Hola wherever we went Xcalak is the town time forgot…it’s a place where relaxation can truly take place…we ate at most of the restaurants in the area and enjoyed every meal…nothing fancy just real food The house was fine...
