'Close to central station, my room was in the back so no street noise at all. Looked very recently renovated, bathroom looked stylish and seemed clean, but there where some small unwanted visiters (I caught at least one every day, even with the aircon set very low). It might have had something to do with the season/humidity and the fact that it's an old building. Probably the carpet in the bedroom doesn't help to control the problem either.'

'Loved the location, room, reception, and bathroom. Pleasantly surprised at the complimentary drinks in room - so appreciated. Nice linen, towels etc. Comfortable and luxurious. Underwhelmed by the pool area, especially access to it and it's remote and isolated location. Not sure I would feel safe up there by myself.'

'Really like the location which was walking distance to the Conservatorium. Only 5 min drive to town centre which has many different dining options. They not only provided a kettle, microwave and toaster but also included some plates, bowls and cutlery. We were kept warm with a heater and electric blankets. Very good value! '

"Central, station within walking distance, park, services, very nice people, it wasn't fun but fantastic and the location of Song Hotel is great! It is very well explained from where to and how via the hotel desk, well done guys! Stayed in room 211 for 19 days! Room very good, spacious and clean, very satisfied! Really worth it!
