'Attended a concert at Qudos, checked in, parked in P1 and then walked back afterwards and the process couldn’t have been easier. The room was tidy, functional and fit for purpose. Didn’t hear many other guests through the walls aside from the occasional door slam. Would stay again '

'The room is satisfactory in terms of cleaning. was but carpet is smelly. Staff are very friendly. Also, I stayed at this hotel many times before. I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are totally empty - nobody seems to be refilling the bottles. This has happened on three occasions now. I’ve had to shower with no soap which was terrible. '

'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'

'Property was close to shops and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean,tidy and bed was comfortable. Room needed some minor maintenance (paint touch-ups) but that's negligible. Overall pretty good. '
