'Had been closed sin e 9/17. Did not notify me until day before check in....10/3. Have not received refund.'

'The floor in the room was not clean. The bed seemed fresh. The chair to the desk was not sittable, There was NO toilet paper. There was no lights on the stairs the first night, when I mentioned to a staff member, they said "Oh they must be turned off". They were on when I came back and lite the following evenings. I have stayed in this hotel before, but I feel like it has gone done hill. It needs some upgrading. For the money, it is adequate.'

'The one worker at the front desk was excellent that night. The room made noise all night, and in that particular room was no natural light.'

'Location was perfect!'
