« Got to the hotel at 11pm. Tired from the day. We needed to shower and there was a lot of hair in the shower. It was gross. I took pictures and went to the desk. She said the manager wasn't there and would talk to me about it in the morning. We cleaned the tub to take a bath and the tub wouldnt fill. The stopper was broke. I informed them of this as well. Getting ready for bed We found toe nails beside the bed and what looked like pieces of a muffin. Also showed the front desk person this I was...

« Paid decent amount of money to stay here. place needs major updates. Pool was closed the whole time and they didn’t say anything about that before you reserve the room. “ One of the main” reasons I rented the place for the pool for my kids. That was a big disappointment. Probably won’t be back. »
